Our privacy policy to our clients is as follows:
1. We safeguard all information according to highest standards of security and confidentiality.
2. We limit the collection and use of client information to the minimum required which allows delivery of our 1st class service.
3. All information is handled by employees under the strict principles of our Privacy Policy. Any deviation is subject to our normal disciplinary process.
4. No client information will be disclosed to external parties without prior agreement with clients.
5. Clients can remove their name from previously agreed marketing material at any stage.
6. All subcontractors conform to our privacy policy.
7. For credit reporting and risk management we will only exchange client information with reputable organisations.
8. We will attempt to keep client information up to date and accurate. Clients can access this information at any stage. Any discrepancies pointed out will be corrected immediately.
